1. The service
ComplyTrack is business software for organising subcontractor compliance records, evidence, expiry dates, reminders, and related activity. It supports administration but does not provide legal, insurance, tax, or compliance advice.
2. Accounts and authority
You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and be authorised to act for the subscribing business. The business is responsible for its users and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorised access.
3. Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for deciding which records are required, checking their accuracy, obtaining permission to upload and process personal information, and making your own compliance decisions. You must not upload unlawful, harmful, or malicious content or misuse the service.
4. Plans and payment
Starter costs £29 per month and Pro costs £49 per month, excluding VAT. There are no annual plans at present. When live billing is enabled, subscriptions will renew monthly until cancelled. Prices or plan limits may change with reasonable advance notice.
5. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available and secure, but maintenance, faults, or events outside our control may interrupt it. We may change features where needed for security, law, performance, or product improvement.
6. Ownership
You retain rights in content you submit and grant us the limited permission needed to host, process, and transmit it to provide the service. We and our licensors retain rights in the software, branding, and service materials.
7. Suspension, termination, and liability
We may suspend or end access for serious misuse, security risk, non-payment, or legal necessity. Neither party excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Production liability caps and exclusions must be approved before launch.
8. Law and contact
