Cancellation & Refund Policy

Monthly subscriptions

Starter and Pro are monthly subscriptions with no annual commitment. When live billing is enabled, you can cancel before the next renewal date to stop future charges. Access normally continues until the end of the paid billing period.

Refunds

We do not normally provide refunds or credits for a partially used month. We will review duplicate charges, billing errors, prolonged service failure, and any refund required by law. This does not limit statutory rights.

Trials and consumer rights

A free trial can be cancelled without charge before it converts to a paid plan. ComplyTrack is intended primarily for business customers. If you qualify as a consumer, applicable cancellation rights remain unaffected and the checkout must provide the required pre-contract information.

Data when leaving

Export information you need before closing the account. The final production process will state the deletion window and any legally required retention. To request cancellation or discuss a charge, contact support@complytrack.example.
